ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Salim Issa is a renowned Czech photographer focusing on portraiture and capturing the work of Czech designers and architects. He is the recipient of many awards and has twice been named Photographer of the Year at the Czech Grand Design Awards. He is currently entering a new field of work, a new medium through which he wants to express his need to touch something real. Ceramic vases, hollow bowls from his hands are characterized by calm, basic shapes and precision.
